Photographs
Photographs of the various items may not accurately reflect
the true color of the piece. I tried to
photograph all of my items using natural daylight. I found this best represents the actual
colors. Note that colors vary based on
the device used to view the items. The
color you see may not be an exact match to the exact color of the item.
Payment
I accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover. I also accept payments via PayPal.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e.
the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
I am required to
collect sales tax for purchases made by residents of Indiana. For orders placed by residents of other
states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Privacy
I only retain a limited amount of
personal information – your name and email address – once the order has been
processed. After shipping your order, I
will delete your address and phone number from my files.
I will periodically send out a
newsletter with new product and promotional information. If you are not interested in receiving this,
I will remove your name and email address entirely.
Your information with never be sold.
Returns
My goal is for
you to be happy with your purchase. If
you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 15
days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying any shipping
charges for returning the item.
I will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt.
Fulfillment mistakes that I make
resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for
return 30 days from the date of receipt. I will refund all shipping charges you incur.
Shipping
I will process all orders within 1-2
business days. I will send you an email when your order ships. Special order items will be processed as agreed upon with the purchase after receiving the deposit.
United
States
I will make every
attempt to ship all products contained in your order at the same time. I also try, but cannot guarantee, to combine orders placed within a few hours of
each other. Please note that no portion
of shipping charges are refundable when I combine separate orders you have
placed into one shipment. Combined orders usually means larger boxes
which will increase shipping costs.
International
I will happily
ship worldwide. Customs and import
duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its
destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order
and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for
details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check
with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are
shipping permits the shipment of your products. Unique Jewelry and More is not
responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that
arise from improper international shipping practices.
